1.) Limketkai Mall

A shopping center in the city of Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. It is owned and developed by Limketkai and Sons, Inc., the city’s major factory and business area developer in the city, and is called “Ketkai” by the locals. Over 500 tenants occupy the expansive two-story mall, which offers retailers, boutiques, fast-food chains, and restaurants. Additionally, it has amenities like four movie theaters, food courts, entertainment and daycare facilities, spas, and medical offices. It is situated in the heart of the city’s business district.

2.) Centrio Ayala Mall

3.) SM CDO Downtown Premiere

Owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall operator in the Philippines, and opened on May 12, 2017. The mall is the 2nd in Northern Mindanao and the 61st mall in the Philippines by the SM Group. It is the 3rd SM Supermall to be called “Premier” after SM Lanang Premier and SM Aura Premier respectively. It has a leasable area of 81,133 m2 and a gross floor area of 177,743 m2 making it the largest SM Supermall in Mindanao.

4.) SM CDO Uptown

A shopping center that is owned and run by SM Prime Holdings, the country’s largest mall manager. It is Northern Mindanao’s first SM Supermall. On a 5.2-hectare (13-acre) plot of land, it opened on November 15, 2002, with a total floor space of 95,837 square meters (1,031,580 square feet). The mall was renamed SM City CDO Uptown in June 2022, presumably to distinguish it apart from the nearby SM CDO Downtown Premier mall.
